I see that you're upset with this guy, as he seems fairly rude and abrasive. Though if I've learned anything from these years I've spent posting art on the internet, it's that even comments like "this landscape sucks" or "that character's face looks like shit" can be of use to you.
Ignore the rudeness and get to the root of the problem, which is, "this random person on the internet didn't like something I did". You're response should be to identify what it is that they didn't like about it, and keep that thing in mind when you're practicing and trying to improve. Use any negative input you can to your advantage.
I'm not trying to say change everything you do to please some asshole on the internet. What I'm trying to say is that there's something to be gained from even some of the most hate-filled and disgusting of comments. Try to find those opportunities when you can, they can really help you in the long run.
Keep on making good stuff, and never stop improving.
