Hey Sam, this drawing kinda weirds me out, because she looks like a male, if this is what you're going for, ignore me, if it isn't what you're going for, let me try to give some advice:
Boobs won't make her more female, my fat friends have tits and that doesn't make them feminine, keep her flat, it keeps it true to the character.
The big thing that makes her look male here is her shoulders, they are way too broad and large for a girl, instead of putting the boobs higher, you should try to bring the head, neck and shoulders down a bit, and make the shoulders thinner. I think if you try some of these tips, this drawing can improve quite a lot!
I hope you don't think i'm flaming, i just felt like giving my opinion, your lines are getting better, if you keep practicing you'll get pretty damn good, mate!
