Wow, that's funny, I thought of that today before this post, unlike all other friends in school or other dudes seems like they allready completely forgoten about this.
If you think it's beacuse of the sandy well I doubt, huricans in east coast happened a lot in history, the deadliest was in 1938 an killed 600 people.
As for the whole "end of the world" thing, if anybody asks me, I'll just answer: it's not nature that will destroy the world. It's us.

Another way how I explain about the end of the world:
Between world war I and II it passed only 21 years. Now since second war it allready passed...67 years. And the world this year is allready in "deep shit" so there's a sad chance for a third awakening.
yup and everyone have some weapons of mass destruction so if the the war wake up our world is fucked up
