u dont suck at drawing faces i love how u did the facial features but i recommend trying different ways of makeing hair because i think that may be your weak point

It's not faces you've got to worry about it's Dem handz... :o..
Still I like it try going with the basic stick figure circle and work your way from there when working on heads :D.

I remember back in my elementary school where we had some creativity lessons and our teacher told us that the eyes must be drawn lower to the middle position of the head.

You need to improve on:

Jaw and Cheek Bones ( too big, if shes a Korean then its ok)
Eyes ( too big )
Chin ( needs to get bigger )
Neck ( too large for a female )
